Chika and mew with overlong tail

The pikachu, Chika is an old roleplay character from back in the day. She has a vicious temperament, she was experimented cruelly upon by humans and a fellow test subject ripped her eye out and gave her the belly scar. Mew is not a character I ever used, But back in generation 1 these two were my top favorite pokemon. I have no clue when I did this, but prolly 2000-2002 at a guess.
